COUNCIL CHAMBERS, FE3.2ND,1925

The ouncil met in regular session, ;eb.2nd,1925, at 8 R.M. with Mayor Smeed,presiding,
Councilmen Feuling,Harmon, Kimbrough, P3nmford, Robb, and 17heeler, present.
Minutes of previous session were read and upon motion of Mnmford, seconded by Wheeler, and
carried, t e same were approved.

!! Apetit on presented by L.H.+ and 35 others was presented to the Couuoil, asking the
Mayor and ouncil to fix the fee of the Dairy License at X1.00 per year.The matter was referred to
Harmon and Wheeler for investigation.The Committee to report tothe Council its find We at the
next Counci l meeting. Another pettition signed by C.M. and several others concerning
changes in Ordinance #390, pertaining to Licenses was presented.The petition was referred to the

C.E.B les requested that Lots 9 -12 both inclusive Block 66 original 'own be included in the
Fire limit E, so that he could be permitted to build a Service St6tion thereln.This was referred to

submit his plans and speoifdoations for investigation.
