IDAHO JAN. 14th. 1920. ;Hounoil met in Council Chambers in regular adjourned session with Mayor Yard presiding, the following Councilmen were present; Hayman, Fouling, Moore and Sutton. Ordinance No 332 was read the fmret time. Petitions of J Jester of al and H W Dorman at al for the establishment of sewer districts was presented and on motion same were referred to the Cit Engineer for investigation and report. There being no further business on motion Sutton Council ad journed. IADAHO FEE 2, 1920. Council met in regular session with Mayor Ward presiding, the following Councilmen were present; Dunlap, Fouling, Moore and Sutton. C I Faris appeared before the Council requesting permission to erect Lunch Counter within Fire limits. same was denied. The Fire chief stating that 0 Royce and Thos Cochrane had been active firemen for a period of ten years were entitled to a certificate and badge, on motion Dunlap seconded by Sutton same were allowed and City Clerk instrueted to execute certificate and purchase badges. Petition of J Jaetae for Sidewalk was referred to the City Engineer. The minutes of last meeting was read and on motion Dunlap and seconded by Sutton same were approved as read. The following bills against the city were read and on motion Dunlap aeoonded by Sutton same were allowed and the olerk was instructed to issue warrants on the respective funds for she various amounts. On motion Dunlap seconded by Moore the Continental oil Cc were granted permission to erect 011 Tanks on Block 95 Original Towneita The resignation of Jan L Boone Coty Attorney was presented and on motion Dunlap seconded by Sutton same was accepted and the Mayor appointed Walter Griffith to serve for the unexpired term and motion Moore seconded by Sutton he was unanimously confirmed. On motion Dunlap seconded by Fouling the City Engineer was instraotd to prepare plans and report for the establishing of a aurbing District on Dearborn Street from let. to 20th. and on Cleveland from Kimball to Avon Street. On motion Dunlap seconded by Sutton the Water Commialoner was authorized to make disposal of Junk on lot formerly owned by City, The.City Attorney was instructed to prepare Ordinance declaring intention to pave such alleys as were left out of Pav Die 1 and 2. On motion Sutton seconded by Fouling Council adjourned to Feby 16. 1920. Attest City alert. Mayor
