The Council of the City of Cal h:�ell convened in Special Scssian in the Council
3cm of the City Hall pursuant to a call of the Mayor.
On Fell Call the following C� answered present.- Tohn Finck -, E,E. Frasher
F. Newman and Pete Olesen.
This being the time sot b statute the Mayor and Co:neil proceeded to sit as a
oard of Correction for the A ssessment Roll of the Caldwell PTunicipal Irrit;�tion System
or 1944.
No one appeared f.or or a8ainst the Assessment Roll.
There being no further business to cone before the Council the Meeting ad-
journed.

On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: J. Randall Sloop, John
FI-ok, F. R. NeF%rman, C. L. Thornock,ana P.E'. Frasher. .A6sent: Pete Clasen.
The rinutes vrere r.ad and approved as .rand.
Judge S.Hen Dunlap and Ma Hugh Ackley appeared and requeoted the City to open
kxxjxxk& Ellis Stroet.. The T?ayor informed these gentlemen that the opening of X xtxxx !
r1lis Street. would be ta;cen under advisement until February 14th.
