It w as moved by,Prashsr, seconded by Clasen that the rules requiring that the reading of a bill on three separate days be suspended and that Bill No 7, be read the second time by title end the third time in full, section by section and placed on its final passage. The Mayor directed the Clerk to ca ll the roll on the above motion with t':e following result- T`oce voting in the ff1r7 were: Sloop Newnan, Clesen, Finck, Thornock and Fras'.:er. - Those voting in the negative weracf None. Absent and not noting; None. The mayor declared j the motion had carried uy the recessnry three - fourths majority and directed the Clerk to read /till No 7, the second time by title and the third time in full section by section. The Clerk read the Billas directed, The question then T.eing "Shall ,rill Nib 7 pass ?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the Roll on the a...ova question which resulted as follows: Those voting in the affirmative were: Sloop, Clesen, Ne,.m,.n, Finck, Thornock and Fresher. Those voting in the negative were: None. Absent and n,t eotirg: none. Thereupon the Mayor declared 3111 'To 7, had passed and the Mayor in open session of the Council duly si.;nod and a pproved the :111, and the Clerk duly signed and attested the same wlich became Ordinance No. 632. Thq Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and to cause Ordinance 532, to be punished in the Caldwell Nevrs- Tribune the of__ °icial newspaper of the City of C "ld Icla'o. . The Mayor appointed t11e followinL Committee to make en inspection trip of southern Idaho Airports; Councilmen fresher, Newman e,nd Olssen,. 'Tr. I.V. T. ISimbrough requested the City to clean up the Red Cross Rest Room. The t"ayor referred t':is matter to Councilman Newman.
