An Application for Electric Service in the house on the Cemetery land was read. And
on motion made by Sandmeyer and seconded by Vassar that the Mayoy and City Clerk be author
ized to complete the contract for installing Electric Service in said house. Motion Oarried
Moved by Sandmeyer and seconded by Dickens that the Mayor and City Clerk be author—
ized to grant to the Idaho Power Co. permission to 1Estall a dead man on the Cemetery land
so that the Power Co. might put up guy wires to the poles used for installing the above
Electric Service. Motion Carried.
Moved by Sandmeyer and seconded by Dickend that the Cemetery Committee be empowered"
to complete the house on the Cemetery land and make the house tenantable, and then to
rent the same. Motion Carried.
Moved by Dickens and seconded by Bales that the City Attorney be instructed to
write A. J. Mada, demanding payment for damages to the City sprinkler, caused by a certain
collision out on South Kimball , esnecially relating to the bill presented by Bill Evans
who repaired the said sprinkler. Motion Carried
Moved by Dickens and seconded by Bales that the Mayor appoint a Committee of three
to re the wage scale of all City employees and report back to the next regular meeting
of the Council. Motion Carried.
The Mayor appointed E. L. Vassar, 0. E. Bales and M. S. Sandmeyer as the above
committee.
Moved by Johnson and seconded by Keister that this Council stand adjourned
until Monday evening January 25th, unless sooner Convened by order of the Mayor.

An adjourned meeting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms with the

On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present M. S. Bandmeyer, A. G.
ster, 0. E. Bales, 0. M. Johnston, E. L. Vassar and Joe Dickens. Absent None.
The Committee, appointed at the previous meeting for the purpose of revising the
e scale for City employees, presented a report asking for a reduction of the City wge
Is, practically 10 per cent.
Moved by Dickens and seconded by Keister that the Committeets report be adopted
placed on file, and that the City Attorney be instructed to draw up the necessary
Lnance covering all employees affected by said reduction. Motion Carried.
The Clerk read for the second time, Bill No. 5, providing for the maintenance&
control of Public Auctions and Public Sales Grounds.
Moved by Vassar and seconded by Dickens that this Council stand adjourned.
