This being the time set for the hearing of protests against paving ordinance fio.308 the following tax payers on .iimball Avenue filed written protests against same: H Z Wallace, F D duller, Edith F Kook, Mary heck, Lars Clara B Brown, Dan Bro .W L Parrish, Christian Church by F L Keller, Trustee, Mrs I S Froman, Anna Christensen, `II L Hark, 13 E Curtis, 0 L Kingsbury, Philip Clegg, D E Cook, Clara A Kimple, Lars N A Greenlund, G U Fenrich, Chas S Doan, P Hazeltin, and Ura H K Hartle; Several Citizens and tax payers among whom were the following appeared before the Council urging the Council to proceed with the work outlined in the ordinance: J H Porbes, 47 P Lyon. John :;mead, J B Gowen, Prank Howard, LI J Devers and N H Sabre a communication endorsing same was read from Ex Hayor C H Turner. Ofidavit of publication of ordinance No 30B as published by the Caldwell,Tri' Publishing Co was read and on motion Sanberg sec by Fritz ➢Biller record of same w. made and ordered placed on file? On motion of Dickens seconded by nmoaZiller the contract of Jas rI ;,right and wherein they agree to conduct all leCal proceedings relative to the bond issue ofr sum of x:150, was acesptd and ,Mayor and City Clerk aut;iorized to execute same.
