RE: The Charles No. 2 Landscape Bonding
The Community Development Department has reviewed all items associated with the
landscape bond for The Charles No. 2 located west of Lake Avenue, approximately 1,900’
north of Karcher Road. All items have been installed per Planning’s requirements and the
City should release the bond of $187,725.75.
