Hubble Homes would propose bonding for the following improvements:
- Landscaping (Sod, trees, irrigation)
- Fencing
- Pergola
- Natural Playground w/ amenities (benches, barbeque, trash bins)
- Community Garden
- Sport Court (Pickleball/Basketball Combo)
- Horseshoe Pit
The current project construction schedule suggests mid-September before achieving
substantial completion of roadways and infrastructure improvements. In anticipation of
irrigation water becoming unavailable shortly thereafter due to fall shutdowns, our team
would propose bonding for all items associated with the common areas. This would ensure
that the plat can move forward, allowing our home construction to begin this fall. During
which time our development team will be working through the seasonal delays that come
about due to the climate and irrigation water availability in our region.
