VIII.COMMISSION/STAFF UPDATES AND REPORTS:
1.CHAIRMAN, RANDY LYONS: Introduction and explanation of HPC mission and
objectives for the Caldwell Perspective, including stories of various homes in the district.
2.COMMISSIONER, BRADSHAW: Name and criteria for local HPC awards. Update for
Canyon County Preservation meeting.
3.COMMISSIONER, PATTERSON: Article to review for submission to The Caldwell
Perspective. Notes for Historic Commission Strategic Planning Workshop and Historic
Commission Plan.
4.COMMISSIONER, NOTHDURFT: TBD
5.COMMISSIONER, O’BEERY: TBD
6.STAFF, MORGAN BESSAW: C of I update for video editing assistance of Chuck Randolph
interviews. Information about HPC content being added to the City of Caldwell Newsletter.
RFP and SHPO updates. Large plaza sign usage details.

The next Historic Preservation Meeting is on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 6:00 pm at City Hall, 205 S. 6th
