PUBLIC MEETING INFORMATION
CITY OF CALDWELL

Written comments must be received at least eight (8) days in advance of the meeting to the Planning & Zoning Department at
P&Z@cityofcaldwell.org to be included within the staff report. All comments received after the staff report has been transmitted will be included in
the case file and provided as late exhibits at the appropriate public hearing.

IV. OLD BUSINESS
1. ACTION ITEM: Public Hearing Quasi-Judicial: Case Number SPP26-000005: The applicant, Catalyst Development
Group, on behalf of Tricon Properties LLC, is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for KCID Commercial
Subdivision, a commercial subdivision with 12 lots. The parcel is located within the mixed-use place-type in the
Comprehensive Plan. The approximately 8.2 acre development is located on the Southeast corner of the intersection
between S. KCID Rd. and Highway 20/26, in Caldwell, Idaho. This application was continued from July 14th, 2026,
Hearing Examiner meeting.

Public Information/Responsibility: For public hearing cases that are scheduled to be heard by City Hearing Bodies
and are not heard on the noticed date: The hearing body is required to provide a “date certain” for when that case will be
heard (typically on the next hearing agenda but not always). Additional notices are not required and are NOT sent to
property owners or posted on the site. Please check the city’s website for agendas and updates or contact staff for the
hearing date that the particular case is to be heard.
