Below is the bond amount for Chestnut Heights Subdivision No. 2 calculated as outlined in City
Code section 10-03-17. As stated in City Code Section 10-03-17 (3) financial guarantees may be
in the form of cash/check deposited, cashier’s check, or surety bond and held by the City until
final completion of the development.
