Written Explanation
Hayden Homes Idaho, LLC. would like to request a Performance Bond for the
common area Landscaping improvements for our Huntington Ridge Phase 2
Subdivision. Now that we are in the winter months and irrigation water is out for the
season, we are unable to install the Landscaping for the common areas. We would like
to provide a financial guarantee in the form of a cash deposit to the City of Caldwell to
be held until the completion of the Landscaping improvements. We anticipate
completion of these improvements in the Spring of 2026, once the irrigation water has
been turned on for the season. The Cash Deposit will be in the amount of $568,575,
which is the bid amount of $379050.00 times 150%. Please refer to the document
