RE: Topaz Ranch West No. 2 Landscape Bond
The Community Development Department has reviewed all items and performed an
inspection associated with the landscape bond for Topaz Ranch West No. 2 located at
generally at the southwest corner of Marble Front and Smeed Pkwy. All items have been
installed per Planning’s requirements.
This letter shall constitute the City’s release of the letter of credit in the amount of
$266,383.50, dated November 14, 2025.
