Subject: Landscaping Delay for Topaz Ranch West #2 Subdivision
To Whom It May Concern,
We are writing to inform you of a delay in completing the landscaping for the Topaz Ranch
West #2 Subdivision. The primary reason for this delay is that the irrigation water supply
has been turned off for the season, making it unfeasible to establish and maintain new
landscaping at this time.
We understand the importance of timely project completion and are committed to resuming
landscaping work as soon as irrigation water becomes available in the spring. We
appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
