: The applicant, ALC Architecture, on behalf of Bennett Forest Industries INC., is request-ing a rezone of a portion of parcel R3258200000, from C-2 to R-2, as well as ap-proval of a preliminary plat on parcels R3258100000 and R3258200000 for Ambrosa Subdivision, a mixed use sub-division that includes seven (7) commercial lots fronting on Ustick Rd. and S. 10th Ave and 52 single family detached lots at a gross density of 8.6 units per acre.
