they develop their staA report and recommended findings. All items received by the deadline will be placed in the
hearing packet, allowing the hearing body adequate time to review the submitted information.

Deadline dates for conditional and/or final staA reports are specified in the attached notification and have been
put into the Citizenserve database under each department review task.
