at Page 52 of Canyon County Records, being located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Center East One Sixteenth Corner of Section 28 of said Township 4 North, Range 3
West, (from which point the Center One Quarter Corner of said Section 28 bears North 89° 20' 46" West,
1323.22 feet distant);
Thence from said Center East One Sixteenth Corner (also known as the Northeast Corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 28), North 89° 20' 46" West, a distance of 329.71 feet on the
mid-section line of said Section 28;
Thence South 00° 39’ 14" West, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the southerly right of way of West
Logan Street;
Thence North 89° 20’ 46" West, a distance of 52.66 feet on said southerly right of way line to the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 00° 39' 14" West, a distance of 127.64 feet;
Thence North 89° 20' 46" West, a distance of 67.34 feet;
Thence North 00° 39' 14" East, a distance of 127.64 feet to a point on the southerly right of way
line of West Logan Street;
Thence South 89° 20' 46" East, a distance of 67.34 feet on said southerly right of way to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
