Subject: Approval of Simple Lot Split Application SLS26-000002
Ms. Davis,
This letter serves to inform you that the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department has
approved your Lot Split Application: SLS26-000002, which divides Parcel No. R0577100000
into two parcels. The simple lot split is approved as described per the recorded Record of
Survey Instrument No. 2026-028767 and the associated deed with legal descriptions: Parcel
No. A and Parcel No. B Instrument No. 2026-028767.
This approval is conditioned that the cross-access easement shall be recorded once ownership
is changed for both parcels, allowing Parcel B access through Parcel A.
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
