Outside agencies are invited to provide written testimony and/or comments by the date specified within
the attached notification. The deadline for written testimony is to ensure planners can consider the
information as they develop their staA report and recommended findings. All items received by the
deadline will be placed in the hearing packet, allowing the hearing body adequate time to review the
submitted information.
Internal City Departments:
Deadline dates for conditional and/or final staA reports are specified in the attached notification and
have been put into the Citizenserve database under each department review task.
