To whom it may concern,
You are invited to a neighborhood meeting to discuss an application the property owner is proposing
near your property. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the project, answer any questions, and
listen to your feedback and suggestions.

Project Summary: A Development Agreement Modification and Planned Unit Development
Modification request to the Solstice Subdivision agreement with the City of Caldwell to allow for the
0.393 acre C-1 (Commercial) zoned lot to allow for mixed-use development.
