Property to be zoned "112" Medium Density Residential and "C1" Neighborhood Commercial
All of Blocks 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block 2 of Obendorf Subdivision to
Canyon County, Book 14 of Plats, Page 19, and as amended by correction of Obendorf Plat,
Block 1 and 2 filed as Instrument No. 768559, records of Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW corner of the NE'/ NE'/4 of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 3 West,
Boise Meridian; thence N89°15'58"E, 709.85 feet along the North line of said NE'/ NE'/ to the
East line of said Obendorf Subdivision; thence along said East line of the subdivision the following
2 calls: S01 °15'30"E, 732.17 feet; S27°58'50"E, 732.58 feet to the South line of said NE'/4 NE'/;
thence S89017'10"W, 885.39 feet along said South line to the SE corner of Lot 5, Block 2 of said
Obendorf Subdivision; thence NO2°55'39"W, 235.03 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 5; thence
S89°19'46"W, 175.02 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 5 and the West line of said NE'/ NE'/ of
Section 2; thence N00008'15"E, 1148.21 feet along said West line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Contains 24.56 acres, more or less. [24.16 acres designated as "R2" (Medium Density
Residential)]
That portion of Solstice Subdivision PUD Preliminary Plat identified as Lot 1, Block 1 containing
approximately 0.40 acres more or less shall be designated with a "Cl" (Neighborhood
Commercial) zoning designation.
