RE: Enclave No. 1 Subdivision – Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
On behalf of TVD Enclave LLC, please accept this application for a final plat application for phase
1 for Enclave Subdivision. This final plat consists of a total 75 lots with 5 commercial lots and 70
residential lots zoned R-2 zone. The site is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat SPP25-06, and will meet all the conditions of approval prior to the recording of the final plat.
