Should you decide to proceed with all or part of this project we would ask that you read, initial and sign each item below.
____This proposal will be honored for 15 days from the date referenced, and is subject to our confirmation thereafter.
____ Due to volatile material pricing and increased fuel costs, we can no longer honor our proposals beyond 15 days
____After 60 days from the date of the signed proposal, the above rate of $75.00 per man hour is subject to increase.
____We reserve the right to make necessary plant material substitutions based upon availability and hardiness.
____Upon acceptance of this proposal, we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost. This will allow us to schedule the
work and procure the necessary materials.
____Landscape and Irrigation modifications and adjustments above this proposal will be billed as an additional charge of $75.00
per man-hour plus materials and equipment.
____If any electrical or plumbing work is necessary it will be the responsibility of the owner and is not covered within this
proposal.
____All materials and workmanship will be guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. If balance due is not received
within 45 days of final invoicing, above warranty will be null and void.
____There is no guarantee for the health of any transplanted plant material. Contractor will not replace any plants that die as a
result of transplanting.
____This proposal will be honored for 30 days from the date referenced, and is subject to our confirmation thereafter.
____Monthly progress payments based on work completed will be due by the 10th of every month. The balance would be due
