RE: The Charles No. 2 – Performance Bond Request
Dear Katie,
On behalf of Triple Dot Development, please accept this application for a performance bond for Phase 2 of The Charles Subdivision.
We are requesting bonding for the subdivision improvements associated with fencing and
landscaping for Phase 2. The intent of this request is to allow the landscaping and fencing to be
completed in early summer 2026, when irrigation water is available to support proper landscape establishment. This timing will also allow fine grading of the lots to be completed prior to installation of the fencing.
