Turf and Mulch $19,061.81
Turf, mulch, weed fabric, Root Barrier and installation.
Irrigation $20,103.97
This includes main connection and backflow if required, filtration as needed, mainline, controller,
lateral lines, valves, heads, drip lines, and installation. This also contains labor and materials for
sleeving as needed.
Onsite topsoil placement, amendments and fine grading $1,555.56
This is to place the onsite topsoil, install amendments, and fine grade per plans. We will accept
the site at +/- 1/10th foot of subgrade and resonably clean and free of construction debris and
contamination.
Topsoil import, placement and fine grading $6,051.75
This option is for a full import of topsoil, installation, soil amendments, and fine grading, if
require. Site will be accepted at +/- 1/10th foot of subgrade and reasonable clean and free of
construction debris and contaminates in all areas.
TOTAL $57,659.17

required to activate the warranty or make changes.

Thanks for getting this over. Can I confirm what you have included for the backflow cover? They mention a heated
enclosure, however we aren’t running power for it, so I just want to clarify what you have included. Also are you
carrying the 3” thick pad?
