SUBJECT: Final Plat Application | Huntington Ridge Subdivision No. 2
To Whom It May Concern:
The final plat submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Huntington Ridge Subdivision No. 2,
located North of Lincoln Rd, between Illinois Ave and Mason Rd. The development consists of
approximately 8.61 acres. The subdivision includes 44 buildable lots and eight common lots. Minimum
lot size: 4,196 SF with an Average lot size of 4,284 SF. The specific provisions requested in the final plat
application are intended to be addressed in the plat and construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
