Based on what I am seeing, if the fence is setback 5’ away from back of sidewalk, then it can be 6’. If it only is the 3’
that is shown, it would have to be the 4’.

Katie/Alex,
We are calling out the side yard fencing. In the landscape plans it call out a 3’ solid fence on the corner lots
adjacent to roadways. We would like to do a 6’ solid fence if possible.

Something similar to what Mandalay next door did here on their 6’ fence that steps down to 3’.

Fencing question.
Here is a picture of the fence posts. There is some separation from the sidewalk, do you think this will be
enough? Our Sales Director is worried about the lack of privacy the owners will have in their back yards with a 4’
fence height.
