Case Number ANN21-000007/SUB21-000012: A request for an annexation of 54.11
acres with a zone designation of R-2 (Medium Density Residential). The Comprehensive
Plan designation is Medium Density Residential. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting
a preliminary plat for Sterling Ridge Subdivision, a 178 lot development, including 160
single-family residential lots and 18 common lots. The subject properties are located south
and east of 20710 Ward Road and include parcel numbers R3408801000, R3408701200,
R340880000, Caldwell, Idaho. The Hearing Examiner recommended approval on
August 24, 2021.
This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell City Council on Monday,
November 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm.
