RE: Case Number: ANN21-000007/SUB21-000012 - Sterling Ridge
Case Number ANN21-000007/SUB21-000012: A request for an
annexation of 54.11 acres with a zone designation of R-2 (Medium Density
Residential). The Comprehensive Plan designation is Medium Density
Residential. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting a preliminary plat for
Sterling Ridge Subdivision, a 178 lot development, including 160 single-
family residential lots and 18 common lots. There are currently two homes
included in the annexation that are proposed to not be platted as a part of
the subdivision development. The subject properties are located south
and east of 20710 Ware Road and include parcel numbers R408801000,
R3408701200, R340880000, Caldwell, Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, July
27, 2021 and the notices need to be mailed on Friday, July 9, 2021.
