Orchard Suite 201, Boise, ID 83706 Property Owner: Agent / Representative: Agency Notification for a Public Hearing Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000008: KB Home LLC, is requesting final plat approval for Maple Hill Subdivision No. 2. The preliminary plat for Maple Hill Subdivision was originally approved by the City Council as SUB21-000012 on November 15, 2021 and received one time extension, TE23-000018, which extended the preliminary plat approvals until May 15, 2025. Phase 1 received City Council approval on January 16, 2024. The Phase 2 plat contains 60 residential lots and 5 common lots on 13.96 acres. The site is located on the west side of Middleton Rd., approximately 520 feet south of Marble Front Rd., in Caldwell, Idaho. A copy of the application, narrative, and vicinity map/site plan is enclosed for your review.
