Dear Planning Staff, KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for a time extension for Maple Hill No. 2 Subdivision. This
plat is approximately 13.96 acres with 60 buildable lots and 5 common lots.
This phase is in conformance with he approved preliminary plat and development agreement instrument number 2021-079049 and will meet all conditions of approval.
Maple Hill Phases 1 and 2 are currently under construction, we anticipate to having both phases 1
