RE: Maple Hill No. 3 – Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for a final plat application for Maple Hill No. 3 Subdivision. This Site is approximately 10.29 acres and will consist of 43 buildable lots and 5 common lots.
This plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and development agreement instrument number 2021-079049 and will meet all condition of approvals. Phases 1 and 2 have been constructed and platted.
