RE: Maple Hill No. 4 – Final Plat Application Dear Planning Staff,
KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for a final plat application for Maple Hill No. 4 Subdivision. This Site is approximately 12.20 acres and will consist of 43 buildable lots and 4 common lots. This plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and development agreement
instrument number 2021-079049 and will meet all condition of approvals. Phases 1 and 2 have been constructed and platted. Under construction is phase 3 and we plan to have phase 4 completed by the end of 2025.
