These plans and/or specifications have been reviewedfor compliance with the City of Caldwell specifications.This review does not relieve the owner, engineer, orcontractor of the responsibility to design and/orconstruct these facilities in compliance with all currentapplicable federal, state, and local laws, rules,regulations, ordinances, orders of decisions,development agreements, or specifications.Inconsistencies not isolated by City staff shall not beconstrued as approved unless specifically addressedas a variance and granted by City Council as avariance. The City retains the right to enforceprovisions of said document and policies even ifinconsistencies are not noted by the City. Anyrevisions of these approved plans will require aresubmittal for a full review and approval.
