Conditions Per the Director:
The approval of the temporary use permit will expire on May 27, 2027. No further operations shall be permitted to continue on the site
unless another temporary use permit is applied and approved.
The temporary use may operate within the hours listed in the narrative. Concrete Placing Company shall take precautions to minimize
any noise or lighting from operations on adjacent and nearby residential properties.
During operations, the site shall remain free of trash, debris and weeds. Dust mitigation is required. At the completion of operations,
the site shall be cleared and cleanup up in its entirety.
