Dear Neighbor:
Please accept this invitation to attend a neighborhood meeting to review a forthcoming request for
Annexation, Rezone, and Preliminary Plat approval for the Lake Avenue Project. The subject site is
located south of Karcher Road, between Lake Avenue and South Florida Avenue in Caldwell. (See
site map on reverse side.)
The City of Caldwell requires the property owner to hold a meeting with adjacent neighbors to
inform them of the request prior to submittal to the City. While only neighbors within 500 feet will
receive this letter, all interested parties are welcome to attend.
A representative of the owner will be present to provide neighboring property owners with
information about the application. For those interested, please join us at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
July 9, 2025, at the Caldwell Public Library in the Community Room. (1010 Dearborn St, Caldwell,
ID 83605)
Preliminary maps and plans will be available for review, and attendees will have the opportunity to
ask questions.
Please note: this is not a public hearing, and City officials will not be present. The purpose of this
meeting is to provide neighboring property owners with an opportunity to review the application
prior to formal submittal to the City. At a future date, a public hearing will be publicly noticed as a
