PUBLIC MEETING INFORMATION
CITY OF CALDWELL

Written comments must be received at least eight (8) days in advance of the meeting to the Planning & Zoning Department at PZ@cityofcaldwell.org
to be included within the staff report. All comments received after the staff report has been transmitted will be included in the case file and provided
as late exhibits at the appropriate public hearing.

1. ACTION ITEM: Public Hearing Quasi-Judicial: Case Number: SUP25-0000016: The applicant, Canyon
County, is requesting approval of a special use permit for a mobile food truck park at Justice Park, to include the
adjacent rights-of-way. The approximately 0.4 acre site is zoned T-N (Downtown Transition Neighborhood), is
addressed as 1022 Albany St., and is located on the west corner of the intersection of Albany and N. 11th Ave.,
approximately 325 feet from the 10th Ave. Overpass, in Caldwell, Idaho. Staff is asking for the application to be
continued to a date uncertain.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Public Information/Responsibility: For public hearing cases that are scheduled to be heard by City Hearing Bodies
and are not heard on the noticed date: The hearing body is required to provide a “date certain” for when that case will be
heard (typically on the next hearing agenda but not always). Additional notices are not required and are NOT sent to
property owners or posted on the site. Please check the city’s website for agendas and updates or contact staff for the
hearing date that the particular case is to be heard.
Next Regular Hearing Examiner Meeting is on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, in the Caldwell City Council
Chambers Room, 205 S. 6th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the
meeting should contact the City Office at 208-455-3021 prior to the meeting. The agenda packet and minutes can be
