Utility providers were notified with no objections received.
Traffic Commission recommended approval with condition that a public utility easement be placed over the appropriate area for existing storm drain systems and a proposed pressurized
sewer line (on tonight’s agenda).
Agency Notifications
Vacation request has been noticed in accordance with statute.
One comment received in opposition - Requests the City to not vacate the right-of-way and noted it would be an encroachment of the county facilities on a quiet residential street. The
letter also noted the County has not been “good neighbors” during construction in the area.
