Dear Mr. Wheeler,
This letter serves to inform you that the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department has
approved your Lot Line Adjustment Application: LLA25-000003 removing approximately
0.30 acre from parcel # R0266000000 and adding it to parcel # R0266001100. The Lot
Line Adjustment is approved as described per the recorded Record of Survey (Instrument
No. 2025-019058) and the associated deeds with Legal descriptions: Parcel A (Instrument
No. 2025-020942) and Parcel B (Instrument No. 2025-020942).
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
