RE: Case Number DEV25-000003 Haystack Way Apartments
Case Number DEV25-000003: The applicant, North Ranch LLC, is requesting a Development Agreement Modification to the North Ranch DA to permit a large scale multi-family dwelling development
with 98 residential dwelling-units and a hotel. The 3.9 acre site is located between Haystack Way and Saddle Ave., approximately 550 feet north of the intersections with Highway 20/26.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell City Council on Monday, October 20, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
