The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the state highway system.
2. ITD is currently working with the applicant to scope a Traffic Impact Study (TIS). As such, ITD reserves the right to provide additional comments upon review of the submitted documents, as mitigations to US-20/26
may be identified and recommended.
