REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant and property owner, Ideal Custom Homes, is requesting a rezone of 0.30 acres
of land located at 1102 N 3rd Avenue, Parcel # R021250000, from R-2 (Medium Density Residential) to T-N
(Traditional Neighborhood) for the future development of a seven (7) lot subdivision for the construction of
townhomes. Currently, this application request is for the rezone only with no development. This subject parcel is
located on the corner of N 3rd Avenue and Joliet Street, in Caldwell, Idaho.
