Date: October 24, 2025. The Mapping Department provides the following comments on a request by Ideal Custom Homes, is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for Deal Subdivision, a residential subdivision with seven single-family attached townhome units. The site was rezoned from R-2 (Medium Density Residential) to T-N (Traditional Neighborhood) on Dec. 2, 2024 and has an approved development agreement for the proposed project. The subject parcel is 0.3 acres and is located on the corner of N 3rd Avenue and Joliet Street, in Caldwell, Idaho.
