GOMEZ, deceased (hereinafter "Grantor"), to IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES, INC., an Idaho corporation (hereinafter "Grantee"), whose address is 15777 Quartz Lane, Wilder, Idaho 83676. WHEREAS, Grantor warrants that he is the qualified Personal Representative of said Estate and that the Estate is being probated under Probate Case Number CV 14-20-8536 in Canyon County, Idaho.
