Old Business
1. Update from TD: No law enforcement responses to either intersection. Step up
patrol. No call back from resident.
Action: Wait to hear back from them again
New Business
1. Update from RM: Flashers are being installed in all school zones
Action: Wait until fiashers are installed

2. Update from RM: We’ve never done a school zone for a daycare before.
Action: Do not proceed with a school zone for fear that it would set a precedent for
other daycares.

3. Update from RM: Cars are stacking up. Could it be corrected with striping?
Railroad ROW will cause some issues most likely.
Action: (BM) Wide right turn sign, (HH) Look at the situation before making a
decision.

4. Update from RM: No to speed bumps. No to school zone signs.
Action: Monitor with CPD, contact bus company, review signage.

5. Update from RM: No crosswalks if there is no ADA ramp. What would the crosswalk
actually do?
Action: Ask school to enter into an LID. TD to contact school and get a pick up plan.

6. Update from RM: Students are parking in subdivisions. BM has already been
working with the college. The college is going to offer students an incentive.
Action: Get rid of permits so that students will park in lots again

7. Update from RM: The fiasher would only beneflt them. BM recommends that
Darigold pay for the fiasher, we install and maintain.
Action: BM contact them to discuss

8. Update from RM: Both roads are very narrow. Lots of items parked on the road. We
can’t install a stop sign without conducting a study.
Action: Take a closer look at this. Can we fiip the stop sign to be on the other
street?
