West following South line of Syringa Lane and the Norlh line of Tract 13 for a
distao('e of 160 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNlNG; thence continuing
West on the same line a distance of 132 feet; thence
South parallel to the East line of Tract 13 a distance of 80 feet; thence
East parallel to the South line of Syrlnga Laue a distance of 132 feet; thence
North parallel to the East line of Tract 13 a distance of 80 feet to the PO(NT OF
BEGINNING, according to the plat filed in Book 3 of Plats, Page 10, Rrcords of
Canyon County, Idaho.
More commonly referred to as 270!1 Syringa Lane, Caldwell, Idaho.
