HomeMy WebLinkAboutNarrative_308HillLn_V1Narrative for Administrative Review 308 Hill Rd – Units 1 & 2 We are requesting approval to modify the required driveway setback from 20 feet to 19 feet 4 inches for the project located at 308 Hill Rd, Units 1 and 2. After extensive coordination with Southwest District Health and a thorough evaluation of all feasible alternatives, this minor setback adjustment has been determined to be the only viable solution to ensure proper placement of the septic tanks and their required clearances. Compliance with health and safety standards remains our top priority, and this adjustment allows us to meet all septic system requirements without compromising the overall functionality of the site. Additionally, in order to accommodate the appropriate septic drain field layout, we will not be constructing the previously proposed detached garage. Removing the garage from the site plan provides the necessary space to meet the health district’s specifications and ensures long-term performance of the system. Given the minimal nature of the setback modification and the critical importance of proper septic placement, we respectfully request approval of this adjustment. This revision supports full compliance with Southwest District Health standards while allowing the project to move forward responsibly. Thank you for your consideration.
