RE: Original Parcel R3464900000 Simple Lot Split
Dear Mr. Dodson,
We respectfully request the approval of a Simple Lot Split of one original parcel, R3464900000, into
four lots, as permitted in Caldwell City Code Title 11 Chapter 1 Section 1. The original parcel, shown
in the image below, has existed in its current configuration dating back to before 2013 and has not
been platted.

The table below outlines the details of the simple lot split.

After this request is approved, a property boundary adjustment of the new lots, along with adjacent
lots, will be submitted to configure them to accommodate light industrial uses served by internal
