RE: Final Plat for Valencia Village Subdivision No 3
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of my client Challenger Development, please accept our request for Final Plat
Approval for Valencia Village No 3. Valencia Village development is located near the northeast
corner of Middleton Road and Skyway Street. This has 2 multifamily lots, and 8 common lots,
on 18.15 acres. There are 240 units in these multifamily lots. The plat’s 8 common lots provide
private streets and park with pool and club house and storm drainage and street buffering and
micro paths. This application with attachments is in accordance with the City of Caldwell Final
Plat application and checklist.
