BY THE MANAGER OF HHIF VI LLC
Pursuant to Oregon law, the manager of HHIF VI LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, does
hereby waive all notices that may be required and consent to the following action without a meeting,
effective as of August 4, 2021:
LIMITED CONTRACT AUTHORITY
RESOLVED, the Jeff Lundin is authorized and approved as an “Authorized Signer,” with
authority to act independently of any other Authorized Signers or the Manager, to
negotiate, execute and deliver contracts, instruments, conveyances, documents,
certifications, acknowledgements and other agreements, on behalf of HHIF VI LLC and
any company for which HHIF VI LLC acts as member or manager, for the following
limited purpose:
acquisition, development and sale of real property, including purchase and
sale agreements, closing statements, title documents, deeds, plats, easements
and other related documents
